World Boxing Cup: Brazil 2025
Team USA will begin the new Olympic cycle by competing at the World Boxing Cup: Brazil 2025 from March 31 to April 5 in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil. This will be the first international event for USA Boxing’s 12-member Elite High Performance squad after the Paris 2024 Olympics.
Notable:
• 60kg Injuries: Jajaira Gonzalez CA and Thomas Covington MI both sustained injuries that will prevent them from competing in the tournament.
• Missing Representation: USAB will not have any boxers competing in the Women’s 70kg and 75kg projected Olympic weight divisions.
